How it fits.
Our hoodies are Gildan 18500 Heavy Blend — a unisex fit with a roomy body. Every figure below is Gildan's own published measurement for this style, taken from the manufacturer's spec sheet.

How these numbers are taken
Chest width is measured across the garment, one inch below the armhole, laid flat. It is not a body measurement — double it for the full circumference. A size M at 22″ across gives roughly 44″ of room.
Body length runs from the highest point of the shoulder down to the finished hem at the back.
Sleeve length starts at the centre of the neck, goes down the shoulder and along the sleeve to the hem.
Fits chest is the wearer's own chest measurement Gildan lists for each size — the quickest way to pick, if you have a tape measure to hand.
If you're between sizes
The 18500 is a generous, boxy cut with a front pouch pocket and a double-lined hood. For the relaxed fit it's cut for, take your usual size. If you prefer something closer to the body, size down — it will still sit comfortably over a t-shirt.
Because each garment is cut and sewn individually, allow for a variation of up to about 1 inch (2.5 cm) from the figures above. That tolerance is Gildan's, not ours, and it is normal.
Care
Machine wash cold, at 30°C / 90°F at most. Tumble dry on medium. Iron on low heat, and never directly onto the print — turn the garment inside out first. Do not dry clean. Non-chlorine bleach as needed.
Two honest notes
Because the print is applied by hand in a production facility, the exact placement can vary very slightly from garment to garment. This is normal and not a fault.
Gildan also makes this style in XS. We stock S to 5XL; if you need XS, tell us and we'll look at adding it.
Fabric and construction
8.0 oz / 271 g, 50% cotton and 50% polyester (heather colourways run 60% polyester). Tubular knit with no side seams, double-needle stitching at the waistband and cuffs, 1x1 rib knit cuffs and waistband with spandex, and a double-lined hood with a dyed-to-match drawcord. Made in Bangladesh.
