Every piece is printed only once you order it. That's a little slower than picking something off a shelf, and it means nothing ends up in a landfill unsold.
Summary, not the contract. The binding document is the Shipping Policy, which lives on our Shopify store.
Production
Your hoodie is printed and the chest mark embroidered at our production partner, typically within 2 to 5 business days. During busy periods or holiday drops it can take up to 7 business days.
You'll receive a confirmation when the order is placed and another when it ships.
Delivery
Delivery times after dispatch depend on where you are:
- United States — 3–6 business days
- European Union & UK — 4–8 business days
- Rest of the world — 8–15 business days
These are estimates rather than guarantees, and customs processing can add time on international orders.
Tracking
Tracking is generated automatically and sent to your order email address as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. If it hasn't arrived within the window above, give it a few days before worrying — then write to us and we'll chase it.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to local import taxes, duties and VAT once the shipment reaches your country. These are charged by your customs authority, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not something we can absorb or predict.
Packaging
Orders are sent in standard mailer packaging from our production partner. We don't add branded boxes or inserts — the money goes into the garment and the 2%, not the unboxing.
