At Pawtagonist, every item is made to order specifically for you and your companion. Because we do not warehouse pre-printed stock, we manage returns under the following terms:

 

1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged during transit, notify us within 30 days of delivery at support@pawtagonist.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the issue and the garment tag

Upon verification, we will issue a free replacement order or a full refund to your original payment method immediately.

 

2. Sizing & Change of Mind

Because each piece is individually manufactured upon purchase, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for incorrect size choices or buyer’s remorse. Please consult our sizing guides on each product page before ordering.

 

3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Customers)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (custom on-demand printed merchandise). Standard legal warranty rights for defective items remain unaffected.
