Welcome to Pawtagonist. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pawtagonist.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from Pawtagonist ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing an item, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. On-Demand Production & Order Modifications

All Pawtagonist apparel and accessories are manufactured on demand upon placement of an order.

• Once an order is submitted and enters automated production routing, cancellations or design/size modifications cannot be guaranteed.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information and sizing selections are accurate prior to checkout completion.

 

2. Product Accuracy & Manufacturing Tolerances

We strive to display garment colors, cuts, and graphic prints as accurately as possible on our Site. However:

• Because digital displays render colors differently and physical textiles absorb ink uniquely during direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, minor variations between digital renders and physical prints may occur and do not constitute a defect.

• Sizing charts provide standard manufacturing approximations; physical garment measurements may carry an industry-standard variance of up to 2.5 cm (1 inch).

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All product prices are displayed in USD (or your local converted currency) and exclude applicable shipping costs and import duties, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items without prior notice. Payments are secured and settled via authorized third-party gateways (Stripe, Revolut).

 

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, character illustrations, graphics, logos, typography, and brand names featured on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Pawtagonist. Purchasing a physical garment grants you ownership of the tangible item only. You do not acquire any copyright, commercial reproduction rights, or distribution rights to the underlying illustrations or trademarks.

 

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our designs, website content, or service without express written permission from Pawtagonist.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Pawtagonist and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our Site or products. In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of an order is limited strictly to the total purchase price paid for that order.

 

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and applicable European Union consumer regulations, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protections provided by your jurisdiction of residence.
